½ kg mutton
1 tbsp ginger garlic paste
½ tsp haldi powder
1 tsp red chili powder
2 green chilies
3 pepper corns
3 cardamoms2 small pieces of cinnamon
I bay leaf4 medium finely cut onions
1/2 tsp garam masala
1 big potato cut into 4 pieces
salt to taste.

Mutton gravy (gosh no ras)method:
fry the onions in a little oil till brown. Put dry masalas, ginger garlic paste and fry for sometime on low flame then add the mutton, salt and potato and sauté for sometime till the mutton is dry and very well coated with all the masalas and put required water. Cook in the pressure cooker for ½ an hour.
Cook normal rice.

Serves 5 persons.

you can also use chicken instead of mutton.
