½ kg mutton
3 to 4 red kashmiri chilies
1tbsp ginger garlic paste
1tsp red chili powder
½ tsp haldi powder
½  tsp garam masala
4big onions cut finely
4 potatoes cut into thick chips and deep fried till golden
salt to taste

fry onions till brown put kashmiri chilies, ginger garlic paste, dry masalas and mutton and saute over low flame till the mutton is dry and well coated in all the masalas then add a little water and cook in the pressure cooker for ½  an hour. Remove from the cooker and add the fried potatoes and serve hot with bread or chapattis.

Serves 5 persons.
