½ kg boneless mutton
1 tbsp pure vinegar
1tbsp jiggery
½ tsp haldi powder
1 tsp chili powder
½  tsp garam masala
1tbsp ginger garlic paste
3 to 4 red kashmiri chilies
wet 7 to 8 pieces of dry apricot
fried potato chips very thin variety
5 big  onions finely cut
salt to taste.

fry onions till brown add ginger garlic paste and all the dry masalas, red kashmiri chilies,apricots and mutton and saute over low flame till the mutton is dry and well coated with the masala. Put a little water and cook for ½  an hour in pressure cooker. When done put vinegar and serve hot with Sali(thin fried potato chips) sprinkled over the mutton with bread or chapattis.

Serves 5 persons.
