1kg chicken pieces
1tbsp ginger garlic paste
3 green chilies
1tsp haldi powder
1 tsp red chili powder
1 tsp garam masala
few coriander leaves
6 big onions cut finely
salt to taste
250 gms Sali (thin fried potato chips)

fry onions till brown add ginger garlic paste and the dry masalas along with the green chili add chicken pieces to it and saute over low flame add little water and cook till the chicken is tender. Add coriander finely cut. Serve with Sali (thin fried potato chips) sprinkled over it.

Serves 8 persons.
