Ingredients:
4 potatoes cut into thin small pieces
3 green chilies slit into half
few coriander leaves finely cut
2 onions finely sliced
½  tsp jeera(cumin seeds)
½ tsp haldi powder
1 tsp ginger garlic paste and 6 eggs
Salt and pepper to taste.



Method:
Fry the onions in ghee till pink in colour put green chilies and ginger garlic paste, add jeera, haldi powder and add the potatoes cook over low flame then add a little water and  break the eggs over it sprinkle the coriander leaves and  some salt and pepper over the eggs cover and cook on low flame till the eggs are done.
Can beat the eggs and put too.

Serves 6 persons.
