4 big onions finely cut
1 tomato finely cut
few coriander leaves finely cut
3 green chilies finely cut
½ tsp haldi powder
1/2 tsp red chili powder
1tsp ginger garlic paste
salt to taste
6 eggs.

fry onions in ghee till light brown add  green chilies, ginger  garlic paste, tomato and dry masalas and saute for few minutes then add the eggs and salt and sprinkle coriander leaves keep stirring well and cook till the eggs are cooked well over low flame.

Serves 6 persons.
