Ingredients:
½ kg mutton mince
1 tsp red chili powder
½ tsp haldi powder
1 tbsp sugar, 1 tbsp pure vinegar
finely chopped 3 green chilies
2 onions cut finely
few coriander leaves
1 tsp ginger garlic paste
salt to taste
8 boiled mashed potatoes with salt and pepper added
3 eggs beaten with salt and pepper
Rawa(semolina) for coating.

Method:
fry the onions till light brown add ginger garlic paste and dry masalas put the mince and cook over low flame till done. Put  vinegar and sugar. Add coriander leaves. Cool it. Then take a small portion of the meshed potato and roll in your palm into a ball, flatten it and put little of the mince inside and close it into a ball again , flatten and roll in the rawa(semolina) dip in the beaten eggs then deep fry in the oil till golden brown.

Serves 8 persons.
