¼ kg mutton liver or chicken liver
¼ kg kidneys
1 tomato
4 finely cut onions
3 green chilies finely cut
1 tsp ginger garlic paste
1 tsp red chili powder
½ tsp haldi powder
salt to taste
½ tsp jeera(cumin seeds)
1 tbsp desiccated coconut
and few coriander leaves.

Fry onions till brown then put green chilies and ginger garlic paste and then put finely cut tomato. Put desiccated coconut and all the other masalas and add the liver and kidney pieces finely cut. Cook over low flame till done then last put finely cut coriander leaves.

Serves  5 persons.
